Our products are Ayurvedic products. Content on this website is for general information only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Results vary from person to person. Please consult a qualified doctor if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, are on other medication, or if your symptoms are severe or continue.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices without prior notice. Orders are confirmed only after payment is successful, or after confirmation for Cash on Delivery orders.

4. Orders

We may cancel or refuse any order in case of stock issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud or incorrect address details. If we cancel a paid order, you will get a full refund.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

These are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The Atha Prakartik name, logo, images and content on this site belong to us and cannot be copied or used without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or our products, including use not in line with the instructions given.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts of Behror, Rajasthan.
