Are your products Ayurvedic?

Yes. Atha Prakartik makes Ayurvedic juices, malts, powders, tablets and shilajit resin based on traditional Ayurvedic principles.

Will I get results immediately?

Ayurvedic products are meant for regular use over time and are not a quick fix. Results vary from person to person.

How do I take the product?

Please follow the dosage on the pack or as advised by your doctor or vaidya.

Can I take it with my other medicines?

Please check with your doctor first, especially if you take regular medication, for example for diabetes, blood pressure or the liver.

Is it safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

Please consult your doctor before use.

Do your products cure any disease?

No. We do not claim to cure any disease. If you have a medical condition or severe symptoms, please see a doctor and use our products only as advised.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes 2 to 10 working days depending on your location.

What are the shipping charges?

A shipping charge of Rs. 99 applies on orders below Rs. 300. Orders of Rs. 300 and above ship without a shipping charge.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes, COD is available, but not on all pin codes. You can check availability at checkout.

Can I return the product?

Return and refund is allowed only if you receive a damaged or leaking package, a wrong product or an expired product, and report it within 48 hours of receiving the order. Please see our Refund & Return Policy.
